Looks like our Sunday morning run is going to experience a change this week. To fit in any run at all this weekend, we are going to run Tonight, Saturday January 7th instead. So we will meet at the Tim Hortons on Grant Ave. (close to the forest) at 10PM for a night run. Hope you can join us for a 5-10 miler on some trail, bring a headlamp if you've got one!
